The program typically provides 5 minutes for an initial introduction, 20 minutes for the consultation, and 5 minutes for summarizing. In total, the session automatically ends after 30 minutes. If a shorter session is sufficient, the consultation can be finished earlier by mutual agreement.

We encourage you to prepare thoroughly for the consultation by writing down your questions and gathering all relevant test results and medical documents. Make sure you are in a comfortable and quiet place where you can fully focus on the doctor’s advice. It is essential to have a camera with a good resolution so that you can clearly see the doctor, and the doctor can clearly see you. Sit at least 40 cm away from the camera to ensure you’re visible.
