We encourage you to prepare thoroughly for the consultation by writing down your questions and gathering all relevant test results and medical documents. Make sure you are in a comfortable and quiet place where you can fully focus on the doctor’s advice. It is essential to have a camera with a good resolution so that you can clearly see the doctor, and the doctor can clearly see you. Sit at least 40 cm away from the camera to ensure you’re visible.

Before the consultation, the quality control specialists at “Ajapnyak” Medical Center verify the doctor’s credentials and obtain written permission from the Ministry of Health. If a patient does not join the online consultation at the scheduled time, we provide a second (final) opportunity by rescheduling the consultation to a new day and time.

For an additional fee, we can provide translation services, allowing the consultation to be conducted in any other foreign language. We recommend using the certified translation services offered by “Ajapnyak” Medical Center to ensure professional interpretation and avoid misunderstandings.

Online consultations are a convenient and accessible service with several advantages:

In some cases, it is not possible to make an accurate diagnosis without additional laboratory or instrumental tests or an in-person examination.
